Back in 2018, Michael opened a restaurant, making much-beloved local specialties and authentic Tze-char dishes.

Over the years, the restaurant continued to attract more and more loyal customers. It grew so quickly that the restaurant was almost overwhelmed at times.

One day, an interesting enquiry appeared. A customer asked if they sold their delicious sauces, so she could make them from home as often as she wanted.

Inspired, Michael went to work. He took their existing recipe and started experimenting, coming up with delicious sauces that could be sold to thecustomers.

Michael started with 1 sauce in mind, their signature chilli crab sauce. After much testing, he created 6 different ones, all designed to create an unforgettable flavour experience.

Satisfied with his creations, Michael got in touch with suppliers and manufacturers who could help him produce it on a large scale.

Now Legacy Seafood can share their passion for good food and creations with not just their loyal customers, but to new and curious food lovers all over the world, giving them a taste of truly local cuisines.

In 2018, Michael opened a door to culinary heaven. Legacy Seafood’s unique local specialties and authentic Tze-Char dishes have earned him many loyal customers.

Michael was inspired when a customer asked if they could take home the restaurant's signature sauces. He took their existing recipe and worked tirelessly, concocting his own delicious creations to share with customers.
